Tibetan Pulsing Yoga is a still largely unknown holistic approach to the healing of body, mind and spirit that originated in Tibetan monasteries. The system and the various techniques of Tibetan Pulsing Yoga were developed by Shantam Dheeraj on the basis of these Tibetan origins.
